Cindy Skinner has music in her soul. She has been writing for thirty-five years and is the former president of the Utah Songwriters Association.

 

She currently lives in her home state of Utah, just outside of Salt Lake City. Cindy specializes in traditional and new country music as well as jazz and pop.
